Mike is a Bronze Star and Air Medal Recipient. He has been in prison for over 20 years serving a Life sentence. He can win his freedom by raising money for his defense and generating awareness for his case.

He has an upcoming Evidentiary Hearing in Clarksville, Tennessee. There will also be on the docket Awareness and Prevention for Domestic Violence in the Military.
Mike is an Honorably discharged and decorated Gulf War Veteran who can prove he did not receive an effective defense because - in 1995 - the "Legal System" was not geared up {then} to know how to defend and evaluate disabled Veterans such as himself.
In 2010, the Veterans' Administration finally determined Captain Maraschiello to have severe service-connected PTSD due to his presence in the Gulf war zone in 1990 & 1991.
Mike currently has several Gulf War symptoms; he has had two heart attacks, and can no longer fight legal battles on his own.
